• Introduction to next-generation sequencing and data repositories 
• Transcriptomics  
• Epigenomics  
• Protein structure analysis, drug design and virtual screening
• Introduction to data analysis, statistical-programming language R and web-based Galaxy platform for data analysis

Target group are young researchers (Master students, PhD students, postdocs) with no or limited prior experience in any of these topics, but experienced researchers are also welcomed. Our experts will guide and train the participants through numerous practical sessions.
