How to get Croatian personal identification number (OIB)?

After enrollment, foreing students need to obtain Croatian personal identification number (called OIB in Croatia). The OIB is important document for your registration in Croatian educational system and should be obtained upon your arrival to Split. Obtaining OIB is fast and free.
