About the Labortory
Laboratory offers microscopy and image analysis services to our faculty and all interested scientists. Our Unit is equipped with one confocal system, two upright and one inverted fluorescence microscope. All microscopes are equipped with conventional and cooled digital cameras. Most of the equipment is purchased trough Mynistry of science and education (MZO) grants for capital equipment and are listed under MZO Registry for capital equipment.

Confocal system (Olympus BX61, UltraVIEW CSU10, SPOT Pursuit camera);
Inverted fluorescence microscope (Olympus IX51, SPOT Insight camera);
Upright fluorescence microscope (Olympus BX51, DP71 camera);
Upright brightfield microscope (Olympus BX41, DP10 digital camera)
