Ivana Gabela, mag.pharm.inv., doktorandica/PhD student


Ivana Gabela završila je preddiplomski studije Kemije na Kemijsko-tehnološkom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Splitu i diplomski studij Istraživanje i razvoj lijekova na Odjelu za biotehnologiju Sveučilišta u Rijeci. Zaposlena je od siječnja 2021. na Zavodu za imunologiju i medicinsku genetiku kao asistentica/doktorandica na HRZZ projektu „Imunomodulacijski učinci mastocita i eozinofila u mikrookolišu tumara mokraćnog mjehura“, pod mentorstvom doc. dr. sc. Jelene Korać Prlić.
Ivana istražuje ulogu eozinofila u tumoru mokraćnog mjehura, a istraživanje provodi na mišjem modelu za eozinofile (knock-out) koristeći BBN mišji model za tumor mokraćnog mjehura.
 
Ivana Gabela has finished undergraduate university study of Chemistry at University of Split, Faculty of Chemistry and Technology and got her master degree in Drug Research and Development at the University of Rijeka, Department of Biotechnology. Since January 2021, she has been employed at the Department of Immunology and Medical Genetics as an assistant/doctoral student at the HRZZ project “Immunomodulatory effect of mast cells and eosinophils in the microenvironment of bladder cancer”, under the mentorship of Assist. Prof. Jelena Korać Prlić.
Ivana is investigating the role of eosinophils in bladder cancer. The research is conducted using BBN mouse model for bladder cancer. Ispiši stranicu
