Attending classes

Do I have to attend every class?

TRIBE directors will provide recommendations about classes that should not be missed. However, we do not require students to be present at all classes.  Although classes are not regularly provided online/by distance, when students need to be absent or in the case of extraordinary circumstances, we can arrange a video-conference.
Students that are unable to participate in the class in persion will receive materials from professors via e-mail and students can submit their assignments to professors via e-mail. Almost all exams include certain practical tasks associated with lessons; they are not classic exams.

For students who plan to be present for all classes, the TRIBE directors already know when the lessons will start at the time when the call for applications is open, so contacting TRIBE directors is recommended for finding out when the classes will start. Once they start, usually they last about 2 months, with 1-2 courses taught intensively per week. Most of the classes are taught in the afternoon or on weekends, to accommodate Croatian students with full-time jobs. Print page
