Application procedure

Submitting of application
The first step in application process is to fill in the application form and send it with all required documantation at latest on June 20th 2018 by regular post to the address listed below AND ADDITIONALLY MANDATORY by e-mail to the following email address:
Application form will be available during the application period on USSM web page.
When USSM receive documentation sent by post and e-mail, the confirmation e-mail will be sent to the applicant.
Applicant must reconfirm the receipt of this e-mail.
USSM will not take responsibility for undelivered or as spam recognized e-mails.
If applicant sends all documentation properly within the deadline and don´t receive an e-mail of confirmation, applicant is obligated to contact USSM to check the receipt of documentation.

Incomplete or late applications and applications containing documents that are not properly authenticated will not be considered.

Application can be returned only on applicant’s request. 
Application processing and assessment
The Student Office at USSM will process application and check general eligibility, i.e., check the authenticity of the documents, make sure that application contains all the required documents and that applicant fulfill  all requirements.
The USSM Student Office may also verify the authenticity of your documents from the university or authority that issued them.

Enrollment Committee at USSM will assess the applications and rank them based on priority criteria from public call. After preselection, candidates will be invited to interview.
If it is not possible to organize the interview in person, skype interview with applicant will be organized.
Admission results
Even if you fulfill the requirements you cannot be guaranteed admission.
A limited number of the highest qualified students will be accepted in the programme.
All applicants will be informed of the admission decisions by email.
The names of all admitted students will also be published on the faculty webpage.
The official acceptance letters and contract will be sent to the admitted students by email addresses provided by appplicants in aplication form.
